I made the trip to do my pre opt for Dr Hakky, results came back goodand surgery is scheduled for a week from Tuesday at Gwinnett Medical, originally I was to have surgery at Dr Hakky’s surgery center but got a call that my insurance would only cover for in hospital surgery so I had to reschedule, Dr Hakky did ask if I wanted the CX or the LGX but I really don’t know what the difference is?? Anyone know how they differ?

Best wishes to you. My recent implant was at Gwinnett Medical, but with a different surgeon. I was also there three other times. It’s a great place and all of the room are private. Good luck.

The LGX expands in the length girth direction but it is not as rigid as the CX which expands in the girth direction. If length is important I would go with the LGX understanding the trade offs. The vacuum helps prevent shortening and makes the surgery easier for me.
From Dr Hakky.....this was his email response on differences of CX and LGX

I have an LGX and I can pump it to a rock hard erection that is firmer than my natural erection ever was and it was plenty hard. I am loving being able to regain some of my lost length, but you will know what is best for you.

Couple questions....
My surgery will be at Gwinnett Medical at 3:30 pm, overnight stay then back to hotel, how many nights do most stay before returning home, I’ll have a six hour drive?
Also many have trouble getting in position to pee, how did you manage it after surgery?

I think most is overnight. He may want you to stay in town an extra day. He did not take my drain out till the Wenesday after the surgery on Monday. When you head home have a cooler with ice, so you can ice on the way home. My drive was only 2.5 and when I got home I was exhausted. Is your wife going to do so e of the driving?

I had no trouble with a urinal. With a toilet though there could be challenges -- depending on your anatomy, for example. Don't give up trying, brother!
