I lost no length and gained a little girth. I also had some Peyronies which the implant straightened out. Some docs recommend using a VED (penis pump) for a few months before surgery to stretch things out; others don't think it makes any difference but can't hurt.

I lost no size and have gotten all my length and girth back using my stretching routine. I recommend using a penis pump prior to surgery. I had used a VED for about 2 years. Keep your dick stretched and full of blood

My erect size had decreased 2" from age, long term ED and mostly from Prostate surgery. At the time of my implant it measured 4.5" and girth was also down and measured 4.5". I am now 6 weeks post implant and my size has increased to 5.5" in length and 5.25" in girth. With an AMS LGX I also have potential for a little more expansion.

My Dr wanted me pumping for at least two months before surgery and I’ve been pumping for 3 months and can tell a big difference, started out at 4 1/2 and now at 5 3/4 so when I get implant next week I should be fine

I am considering getting an implant in the future. I had a few questions about size loss if any after the surgery.

Did you experience any size loss in the full erect penis after the surgery? If so, how much did you lose?

Is there anyway to reduce or eliminate any of the size loss?

Thanks

This is a complex question and have various components to insure that you do not have size loss:
- Pre-Op: for an extended period before the surgery, insure that you either use injections or VED to stretch your penis and maintain the size and blood flow.
- Choosing the surgeon: choose a competent surgeon with a track record of "sizing properly" the implant. Nothing worse than getting under-sized and get flabby glans.
- During the op: according to Dr. Eid, using spinal anesthesia makes the sizing easier as it relaxes the penis muscles.
- After the surgery: pump, pump, pump until it is painful and leave it for at least 15-30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a day for the first 6-12 months.
Good luck
Matt

I think I lost a little by virtue of age and a loss of night erections from 61 onwards.
Now I have a very useable 6 3/4 inch cock that stays hard for as long as my partner desires.
Now able to explore extended satisfaction techniques......wild!

I regained my original size after regular and prolonged inflating. My girth is a little less than originally, but that's OK since I now have my hard dick back. :D
I measured last night and my girth is 1/2 inch less than originally (meaning pre-prostatectomy).
(I started to add "So it's no biggie," but I thought that would cause guys to laugh.) ;)

Assuming the doctor doesn't screw up there is no size loss because of an implant. The size loss is a result of atrophy that sets in when the penis doesn't get blood flow because of the absence of erections. To combat this you should use a vacuum erectile device (VED). If you can't afford a medical grade one then get one from a porn shop. The main thing is to get the blood blow. I had hardcore ED for 5 years. I pumped almost everyday. When I go my implant the only size change I had was to pickup a bit of girth.

Hi, loss of length with an implant was something I was very concerned about as well because I had lost almost 1 1/2" from peyronie/injection scarring before. I was measured at 6 1/4" pre surgery with an injection of trimix. Pretty much what I was getting myself. Using the stretch test I was about 6".

At about 15 months post op I am back to 7", don't think I'll get back to 7 1/2" but I'm a very happy camper.

I have a Titan implant. If totally straightened my dick. And, I followed the aggressive pumping program post surgery and I can tell you that it "popped" some of the scar tissue in my penis which allowed it to regain about 3/4" in length.

I tell people that, not everyone believes me, but I know the pre surgery chart measurement was 6 1/4" and I did in fact gain about 3/4" after the implant. Honestly.
