Sore scrotum

Hi guys, just looking for some feed back, it is 17 days since my revision surgery, still getting some minor discomfort from around the cylinders, but all much better than the first week. It is probably my own fault, because I chose to get the Titan, after having the AMS with smaller cylinders for twenty four years, my penis has got to do a lot of expanding to accomodate the new larger Titan ones, that is probably the most noticable difference, that I now have much more girth. The problem I am having is my scrotum is very sore, it feels sore to touch on the outside, when I am in bed I have to tuck my cotton boxer shorts in between my scrotum and my legs as I get a stinging feeling if they are rubing together. It allmost feels like my scrotum is sweating, if I put my hand in there it feels damp. My scrotum does look slightly red and inflamed, there is no swelling. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.

Pumpitup, I'm sorry but I can't answer your question. Congratulations on the revision though! Sounds like you got an upgrade, awesome. Please let us know how you like it with updates comparing it to your previous one, 24 years old!? What does a brand new penis implant feel like?

Also, I think everyone who visits this forum would love to hear your story, how you got here and what your experience with the implant has been. 24 years is longer than most people here so you have an opportunity to record your history into the FrankTalk archives for prospective implantees to review. I know it might be personal so if you're not interested we all understand.

Hope you have a speedy recovery and you're back at it soon!

After 17 days and still sore and feels sweaty CALL YOUR DR. The burning at the tips is common at first. You will really feel it when you start pumping. Mine is not as bad now. Some gu6s have had for 8 or 9 months. On my 8 week follow up my dr said I had still had some fluid around the pump but should clear up.

I'm on day 16 and still sore as hell. My cylinders hurt. My scrotum hurts. I have trouble sitting without a donut as it seems the pump tries to end up under my butt. And, I still swell slowly during the day and subside overnight. I guess some of us take more time than others.

Tom have you started cycling yet? If and you have the OTR you may not have autoinflate locked out

Tom, are you using a bag of frozen peas or corn to ice the area for 20 minutes at a time?

Almost 3 months out and I still have some soreness around the incision. It takes a delicate touch still. I am impressed with your size revision: 18 cm to 22 cm. My instructions were to massage it as often as you think about it. I can do morning and evening. It is getting better, but still very sensitive. My scar is peno-scrotal and horizontal. It is hard to see down there, but it feels slightly swollen. I push and pull on it to gain some flexibility. My doctor hung the pump extremely high, seems to me, and have a pretty good pump-bump that is easy to see. The pump moves around ever so slightly. The pump-bump gets pretty sore too. Inflations (I hate to call them erections) are good to great. I can hang a wet bath sheet on it. I am learning NOT to inflate all the way for sex because the compression of the two tubes together cuts off some blood flow and my penis gets cold and throbs after awhile. You should know from prior experience that which I am told that it will be six months plus before all this plumbing starts to feel like my own. I can wait because the sex is great again in spite of any discomfort.

I used two bags of peas but only for the first 4 days. I'm on day 21 and my scrotum still hurts. If I mess with the pump, I'm rewarded with a sharp pain running from my right testicle up to the shaft.

Tom have you started cycling yet? If so and you have the OTR you may not have autoinflate locked out

Locked out, huh? I didn't know you could lock out the inflate. I'm partially inflated right now. Do you mean that I couldn't pump it up even if I tried? I'm not due for activation for another two weeks. I guess I will get more training then. Right now I can't even find the valve part of the pump, too high and too sore. I don't want to sound like a whiner, but I'm ready for some significant improvement.

No only the OTR has "autoinflate" after you deflate you have to give the pump a fast 1/4 squeeze. If you dont you will be defkatingnthru out the day. After you lock it out you can still normally. My dr said Coloplast is discontinuing the OTR

I had a lot of pain in my scrotum, it subsided slowly over the third week and now at week 5-6 I just get the odd twinge.
