Update on my Situation

Update:
My previous thread, looking for a surgeon: viewtopic.php?t=8925
Good News! Found a Surgeon who is local and met my criteria. His name is Dr. Sawh and his office is in Jupiter.
I asked him about his experience and he said the implant was his favorite surgery to perform, that he studied under one of the best, and routinely performs the procedure on weekends in Orlando and also for Dr. Perito in Miami, when Perito has too many patients at the same time. His father is also a prominent urologist.
I need to have the Doppler test performed again ( last time was 16 years ago) before we start scheduling for surgery but I'm feeling excited and anxious. Hoping my insurance will cover the costs and everything goes relatively smoothly.
Feeling very fortunate that I found Dr. Sawh.
My impotency has been a lifelong affliction that really screwed with my head during my formative years. I couldn't understand why I did not have spontaneous erections like everyone else, so I made up excuses and stories in my head ( religious explanations or that when I met the right girl everything would magically fall in to place).
Of course that never happened so I avoided relationships, because of my shame and feelings of inadequacy.
Even with my family and close friends I grew up with,my secret became toxic, and poisoned those relationships too.
I'm ready to finally deal with this issue and start making up for lost time.
