Is this it?

Hello bionic brothers! I was implanted Tuesday 12/12/17 with what my surgeon says was a 24cm AMS CX. The day before my surgery I measured my trimix erected penis at 8 inches. My surgeon told me I would get back what I had nothing more nothing less. I was excited at the thought. Post surgery I was not left inflated. I currently measure 5 inches. I was hoping to get to at least 7 inches erect. Does the cx expand in length or will this 5 inches just get hard? Is there a difference between flacid and erect cx implants?

Also I have always been a grower. Can you remain a grower once implanted?

At this early stage you are most likely not at the length you will be able to achieve. I have an LGX so my circumstances are different, but my soft size is about 1.5" longer than my length I was as soon as your are after surgery and my erection is about 2" longer now compared to then.
Unless a guy has a malleable implant, your shaft will expand (to varying degrees) in length from soft to hard. Because the cylinders may not allow your penis to shorten as much as it did before surgery, the difference from soft to hard may not be as much. It seems that most guys here, but not all, do maintain their pre-implant erect length, once healed.

Hello there, and welcome to the brotherhood!
Can you share with us the length of RTEs and the dimensions of the proximal and distal dilations the surgeon documented? That can provide an rough idea of the total implant length. CX only expands on girth, but you are too early in the process to know if the inflation now has fully deployed the 24cm of cylinders.

There was no RTEs. The rest I will find out.

Larry, He'd have to live in a state with brandishment. I don't know how you could conceal it.
