For those of you who partake in anal sex is it significantly easier to penetrate post implant than pre?

Definitely! For about three years pre-implant, anal intercourse just couldn't happen. First Viagra and Cialis stopped getting me firm at all. My cock would "look" like it could do the job but there was no substance to my hardon. It would fold over before getting even close to going in. Moving on to injectables, the exact same pattern took place... they only worked for a while, then that familiar "folding over" happened with them too. By the time I was scheduling my implant I hadn't been able to penetrate my husband at all for three years. (In "hopeful anticipation" of my implant, I stocked up on so much lube it wasn't funny!) The day of my post-surgery urologist appointment he released the pressure and then pumped me up again and specifically felt how firm my erection was by pushing directly down on the head and commented, "That'll do it!" That was at only about 85% of full so anal is no problem whatsoever again. Of course, my urologist knows I'm gay, met my husband, and actually gave him "the tour down there" during that appointment! He knows anal has to be on the menu for us!

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -

That very same preference of partners has come up in other threads, saying how many wives don't want their husband's erection at "full" for vaginal intercourse. I can totally understand that but can't comment from experience. Last time I was with a woman it was my (now) ex-wife. And that was long before my implant... about 20 years ago now. I'm sure it'd come back to me... like riding a bike! But, thanks but no thanks!
