This forum is the best forum around for helping men get information about penile implants. I don't understand why, but studies show that more men are diagnosed with ED every year, but the rate of implant surgery is declining.
I've been working for a long time to build a community of men on Facebook to give men information about this fantastic way to end the misery of erectile dysfunction. If you are interested in helping out, please check out my Facebook page by using the following link:

I read a scientific study that concluded the rise of ED is directly proportionate to the advent of heavy pesticide use in our food supply. That would mean it's not a man's failings if he gets ED. It's appearing in many younger men as well. Aa for spreading the word, I've just been contracted to speak anywhere around the country I'm needed at men's health seminars on ED. I am committed to becoming the face of successful ED treatment and am totally open to speaking about my implant. I want them to be as much a non issue as Viagra has become. The manufacturer of my implant heard me speak at a seminar my uro gave and immediately contacted me with the offer. Men will be hearing a completely frank and unvarnished version of my journey to a cure. Best of luck with your Facebook endeavor.

Rick,
In addition to what Dave mentioned, street is a huge contributor to ED and we all know there is a ton of job and financial stress now than a few years back. Also, insurance companies are reducing benefits as they raise our premiums and many policies no longer will pay for implants. Since most of us depend on it being covered, that could explain a drop.

My ED was a result of prostate cancer. After 4 years of varying medications and dosages and penile injections no longer effective, I was told I'd be impotent for the rest of my life. Ironically the physician who gave me this news was a penile implant surgeon!

Months later I discovered penile implants on my own. When I called his office for a referral to an implant surgeon I was told he performs the surgery. He performed my surgery. Why he didn't offer implant surgery as option when he told me I'd be impotent for the rest of my life remains a mystery.

I'm doing everything I can to spread the word. After 4 years of impotence my wife and I are enjoying sex more now in our 60's than when we were in our 20's. We're both delighted with our sex life with an implant.

Seems the whole topic remains "a secret" and considered cosmetic by many. Such a shame
