Peyronies repairs with a Implant

Good morning all,

Has any one had a Peyronies repair and a Implant done at the same time.
I have Peyronies and have done all the possible things to rectify this cruel condition.
While i can still get my dick hardish (still very bent)with the use of viagra, its only good for wanking and oral sex.
I have done the "oh this is good enough" well i'm over it and i want to fuck.

The surgeon wants to a repair and a implant at the same time as he said should get me back to my old length.
If he just does the repair only i will loose length and a good chance of worse ED. I'm only starting with 5 inches.
He did state the recovery is quite difficult as to the amount if slicing and dicing to repair the peyronies with implant on top. He only does 1 peyronies repair with a implant a month.

Thanks and have a great day,

Spaceman.

I had significant Peyronies (about 45°left bend at base of penis) going into implant surgery. Dr Eid evaluated it after a tri-mix(?) injection at the pre-op consultation. He said mine was an easy case and the implant would correct the bend, which it did. I'm not aware of him doing anything else specifically for the Peyronies at time of surgery. My erection is completely straight now, no noticeable loss of length. There is a slight axial twist in the penis, maybe 15° at the glans, probably not noticeable unless really looking, which might be due to the Peyronies.

The point I was trying to make is maybe the implant alone would correct the Peyronies.

I had a left oriented 45 degree bend which was well developed after many years and surgeon corrected during implant procedure. During consultations weeks before and just before surgery, surgeon said grafting may be needed, and afterwards said grafting was miminal for me and used my own tissue extracted with the correction procedure. I also had years of ED issues (see signature) to correct with implant as well.
Surgeon is a specialist in Reconstructive Urology.

I really understand your situation and wish you well getting the problem resolved.

I have the twist too, probably 45° so a bit worse than Warren has. It seems to be one of the things that could happen as a result of Peyronies.

I had a 30-degree bend to the left and an hourglass about 1/3 up from the base for more than a year before my surgery. My Dr. used a Coloplast Titan and I'm now perfectly straight with no hourglass. He did nothing else to correct the Peyronies. Maybe I was just lucky.
