Isn’t there a 20% copay if you don’t have supplemental insurance or you assigned your Medicare to an hmo?

Mine is 330. 105 for the doppler thatmy shitty secondary did not cover an 230 for 5hge procecure. For the procdure. Since it was done in his surgery center they wrote off anesthesia . If you have secondary dig deep for exclusions last year it was on page 45 we dont cover ED or anything related to it. BUT IF WANT TO BECOME A WOMEN we pay up to a point.

This year it is on page 96 We Dont cover sexual insuffencance or impotence. But if you wanta sex change ok. If your breast have not grown 18 months of hormones we will pay for implants

I know the question was about having Medicare only... but I see a few are answering with regard to having Medicare plus a secondary. It may help others who see this post.

I have Medicare primary (A & B) with Aetna secondary. My entire implant... urologist/surgeon fees; hospital fees (overnight stay); cost of implant; everything... $0 ... no out-of-pocket costs whatsoever.

I need to clarify that had I not met my annual deductible for Aetna, there would have been some expenses for me. Since my surgery was done in April and I meet my deductible before the month of January is done, I had no co-pay.

Since I am retired federal employee Medicare is primary and GEHA (managed by Atena) wavies all copays and deductables for services they cover. ED, sexual impotance or sexual inadequacy is not covered. Whic I tnink is bs and violates the law as doscrimating against men, only because of them covering sex change. If you are not going to not cover one part of sexual function then dont cover any

PEOPLE, please,
Vagabond127 asked what he should expect to pay with ONLY medicare. If you do not have the answer, please don't answer. Answering with other sources of insurance is NOT telling him what he asked.

Thank you :)
