I am told. Do not know if it is true. I need oxygenated blood flow to my penis to keep it healthy. Right now I VAC pump daily and inject bi mix every 4 days. Now if I get an implant, what do I need to do to get this blood flow or do I even need it. What do you implant guys do? Thinking of getting implant. Starting to bend to the right.

The only part of the penis that is “removed” is the cavernosas. The rest of the penis vascularization is kept intact, hence your penis will continue to receive the oxigen needed (unless you have another condition that compromises the oxigen supply to that part of your body).

Any human tissue will die if it doesn’t get oxygen.
Along the dorsal (top) of the penis runs the main artery and nerves.
Because of this, I want to find a surgeon that uses a penoscrotal incision rather than infrapubic. With infrapubic the possibility of nicking the artery or nerve exist. With penoscrotal there is a chance of nicking urethra, however the insertion of a catheter makes palpating the urethra easier which reduces the chance.
In either case the cavernosa are separate from the arteries and nerves.

Be brave and do natural scar or deglove. The cut around the circumsion scar slide 5he outer skin back. My dr said it easier give him more room to work. You dont have to worry about sitting stiches , easy to keep clean, you can see early any signs of infection. When I first watched the video it was not fucking way. Then I watched looking at the benefits Now that I am healed the scar is barely noticable, can still see small traces of were the stitches were out

I am talking about the natural blood flow you get from natural erections. I hd a radical prostatectomy. All my nerves were removed. I have 0 erection ability. My Penile therapy person told me that I had to keep oxygenated blood flowing to my penis. Right now I Vac every day and get blood flowing every 4 days using injections. NOW>. if I get an implant, pumping up that cylinder doesn't seem to me would change blood flow. How do you guys with implants get blood flow? OR does my PT have the wrong information.

The tissue of the cavernosa that you are forcing blood to get the oxigen needed will be replaced with the implant cylinders. This is a very good topic to discuss with your surgeon.

The tissue of the cavernosa is not removed, just moved over. Question? I am looking for an implant. Dr Kramer worked on you on 3-15-17 and dr Eid on 11-17-17 Can you tell why 2 repairs in 1 year?

Have you watched any video of procdures about tissue removed or pushed around. The common pratice is tissue is removed. When the talk about dilation of tissue the are talking removeal. If you see a mode of an implant and ssee the size you would see the need for some removal

Agree, it is not removed, just the space is replaced with the cylinders. Hence, tissue is displaced and, as a consequence, it is non-functional. Some people, me included, report some function retained.
Wow, you can remember better dates of my surgeries than me! As in any revision case, things were done in a way that rendered the implant unusable, so a revision was required.

Did not know dilation meant removal. Thanks for clearing that up.
