Urinary Shut Off Valve

Does the urinary shut off valve work the same way as before the surgery? By this I mean the valve that shuts off when we are sleeping and have an erection to prevent urine from leaking out. I did research the site for the answer with no luck. Sorry if this question has been covered already.

Thanks!

You can urinate with the implant fully pumped.

I haven't had this problem after a year & a few weeks post surgery.....no "open valve"........I do have a few dribbles after peeing but I pretty much had that prior to my surgery....I attribute that to age.....

I am exactly the same as before my implant. I have a great flow when I urinate, either fully pumped or fully deflated. I don’t have any leakage, aside from those last few drops I have to shake off when finished. Likewise, I assume if a guy has any issues prior to an implant, he will probably have the same problems afterward.

So I am trying to fully understand this and I am not being a wise ass. You can pee and cum at the same time??

Yes, the implant has no effect whatsoever on either urine or semen when inflated...it's not a "valve" which shuts off urine or semen...
