Pumping implant causing balls to swell

It has been 4 weeks since I was implanted and every time I squeeze the pump for any length of time it causes my balls to swell up. I do not know if this is normal or not but it is painful and annoying. I also am unable to pump up the implant past 50 percent inflation. It also takes me a ridiculous amount of pumps just to reach 50 percent(like over 100 pumps at least). This is all very irritating and I have no idea how to fix it.

Make sure you’re not pressing the deflate button as you’re pumping. The first pump should be quick and sharp to activate it. Then slow, steady complete wall to wall pumps. It is normal to have scrotum pain when first pumping but not swelling. I’d email Dr Kramer for his thoughts.
