Jock With Penis Opening
Found a jock after my surgery almost two years ago and forgot about until today as I was clearing old pictures. I used them for about three months to provide support for pump and testicles while healing. Helped a lot so thought I'd pass on before I removed.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

When I had my Hydrocele surgery I was told to wear one. It was called a suspensory jockstrap. When I woke up after surgery I had abrasions on my glands. Made it really difficult to get back into as the hole was really small and the material was rough. Mine was the beige color. I can see having one if you have a bit of leakage or dribbling. My incision was down lower in my scrotum. I would think the one I had might rub the upper part of the Pena scrotal incision for an implant. Yours might have been different than the one I had.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.
