I researched what kind of underwear to wear in the beginning of recovery. I found three.

First-Kohl's (Sonoma) polyester boxer shorts Sonoma Performance Brand.

Second-Evolve by Target.

Third-Depends.

Anyone use any of these? Any suggestions?

I'm still wearing them five years later.

After my first (botched) implant, a major problem was my dick curved severely to the left and down. I bought Fruit of the Loom jockeys one size smaller than normal to "forcefully" dress it up and to the right. After my first revision I was able to go back to my normal Fruit of the Loom jockeys.....

Fourth and MOST IMPORTANTLY, none. save your money go au natural. I was very comfortable that way and then when I had to wear undies to go out, I wore plain ole Fruit Of The Loom. :)

I own several pairs of Target’s Evolve underwear. I found them comfortable before I got my implant and I wear them again now, but right after surgery I found the pouch did not offer space for my partial erection. During the recovery phase I liked my Tommy Hilfiger boxer briefs. They provided support while also offering space for my dick.

Do a search on "underwear". I wrote several articles on the brands I tried and used.
I left the hospital with a jockey strap pointing straight up. was told that was the best position for healing straight and the one that caused the least amount of pain while healing.

A jockey strap is wise until the stitches heal.

After my surgery, I wore my boys (35) whitee tighties. Prior to surgery, I wore bikinis. Unless I am commando, I wear pouch underwear from a China Company called Banggood. My new improved and larger dick needs more support..

Take a look at " King Style " double pouch. You can buy the style for up or down dress.
