Im not sure how but im going to try and make this my journal for anyone who wants to see it later. I will do it as best as I can.
Right now im just having some toast and tea at 5am. Im due to go in at 10.30am and not sure when my surgery will take place. Nerves are starting to kick in abit. But im just excited for the end result. Earlier this week I used some remaining caverject I had just to see if I was really making the right choice.. i felt the caverject working and it did still to become to look erect. But bending the penis was so easy. Its like it is missing the 'valve' to actually keep blood in. Blood flow is good on doppler its just keeping it there is the issue.
So overall im happy im doing the right thing. Suffered since about 18 years old with this. Will update again after surgery.

day 1 Immediately post op

Okay job done. Went under at about 2.30 pm was starving up until then. All the staff were so pleasant and nice. Two hot nurses unfortunately. One keeps flirting as weird as it sounds. She must know what im in for yet keeps chatting more than she is to the other patients, asking if im ever going out in london much haha. So all in all im guessing this isnt thst much of a turn off ;).
Im in no real pain other than a slight dull ache almost as if you done a session on caverject and you get that lingering pain after. I cant pin point the ache. Its just the groin. Which is fine. Im bandaged up at the moment in recovery ward esting the worst sandwich known to man. Cant complain as of yet. Also larry is this the best way to keep a log? I figured I would seperate each day wish bold/normal so people can follow it day by day

22:00 op day.
Very very bored up here. Took a walk around the ward suprisingly wasnt too bad. Got a good appetite and rhe nurse has gone to get me some sandwiches. Just took a codine and ibuprofen just incase but no real pain other than an ache when I breathe in similsr to being lightly kicked in the nuts ha. Im draining well also so hoping not too much swelling

6am day 2 of implant
Woke up this morning in a little discomfort. Slight burning theough the penis. As if you have some urine trapped and its just sitting. Nothing serious.
They will hopfuly be doing the rounds soon with some breakfast and pain meds. Will hopfuly get the catheter out soon and the drain off.

10am catheter just removed and device deflated..... oh my god. Painful. Saw the stiches on the scrotum and looks pretty rough. Been told to walk about and pass some urine. And then they will remove the drain and im free to go. Slight dull ache and burning sensation on the scrotum but nothing major. Not really even worth noting

Got sent home at 3.30pm. After a 2 hour uber through london I got home and straight into bed. I was so tired having not slept. Some pain in the groin I guess where the tubing is but overall the wound looks pretty neat and no bleeding. I got up to go to the toilet and nesrly fainted whilst urinating. I think just from laying down too long but it was quite scary.

Wishing you optimal results during the surgery and quick healing.

No need to be fearful, I too have suffered from ED from a young age and now I am nearly 2 weeks post op and healing fast.
You have a long life with a hard dick to look forward to.

Let us know when you come out the other side and how it was for you.

Best wishes! Yes, you are brave for doing this. I believe the rewards out weigh the pain.

Can't wait for mine.

Best of luck on your surgery. I have had it done twice in sixteen years. I have really liked both. You will love yours also. Before the implant we tried everything and carverjet was one that I hated. It is so painful, that it is what made me decide to go with the first implant. I should have done it sooner. Both have been a success story for me. Hope you have the same satisfaction with yours. :o
