I´ve been thinking a lot about this last couple of weeks.

I generally have a hard time to reach the point of orgasm. I usually cum pretty quick I guess the buildup doesn´t happen for a real orgasm. I´ve had them FOR SURE...MEGA intense when it happens and I know when It´s coming loong before, but that always happens when I really get a super solid erection (not very often). And I guess I have a good bloodflow down around the scrotum and prostate when that happens. (ony with pills never with out)

When I jerk off with a softie with out pills, I ejaculate super fast...like give me a timer and I can make it happen in 2 mins. And there is not much of pleasure, It just happens and thats that.

First Question:
With out pills (and therefor low blood flow) but now with an implant...do you believe I will ejaculate as fast as with my softie because my blodflow is too low too create pressure around the prostate?

Second question:
I feel like I really loose interest immidately when jerking off alone after I ejaculate.
With implant...you can fuck forever....but do you still have the interest/hornyness after ejaculating? Or maybe it´s just that I´m so programmed that I can´t do anything more with my dick after ejaculation that I loose interest.

I would love the hear what you guys have to say and especially guys with any form of premature ejaculation in combination with implant.

All my life I was plagued with being a two pump chump. Lucky for me, the woman I married 39 years ago was a virgin when I met her and never knew anything different. As of tomorrow I am 3 weeks post implant. Was told by the Dr. to leave things alone for at least the next 4 weeks. That didn’t work out. So far I have I have not inflated any more, but a guy has to do something with all the new girth, length and stiffness available. Anyway I have gently jerked off 3 times. The most noticeable change for me is that not only does the head feel stimulated, but the length of the shaft sensitive as well. I was able to deliver the goods just by shaft stimulation only.
