Many people (especially young men) are worried about it.

It doesn’t have to be a mood killer. Prior to my ED problems my wife and I always enjoyed when she sucked my dick to get me hard for sex. That is a hard question to answer... some women would be turned on by it, some may want to pump it themselves, some may not be bothered and some may be totally grossed out by it.
