Ready or not

Hi all, just over a week out from implant. It’s been a bit of a whirlwind, so I thought I would join in this community to help sort things out as I go, since this was one of the resources I used to make my decision to go ahead with the implant. Surgery seems to have gone well but post-op has been tougher than I anticipated.

Welcome! I had surgery the same day you did. I am just a year older. Not married though but my lady friend has been supportive.

Thanks, mine’s been great too, thank God. I think I was in some denial going in and thought I would go home the day of surgery (Wed) and return to work on the following Monday….that is funny. All the tough guy has been knocked outta me. Changed my back-to-work day to 4/9.

I thought it was the anesthesia at first and then the pain pills for my flight home. Then I realized that we had 3 pieces of new stuff put in us. In 3 different locations. it's going to take a bit for us to get used to this new stuff.

Follow your doc's instructions. I was alone right after and for the most part since I returned. I am retired and not working right now so I do not have anything other than taking care of myself to worry about.

Welcome to the club.

What are you having the most difficulty with? Is it anything more serious than general discomfort and pain?

I can very safely say that you simply will not believe how amazing you will feel in 12 months time.
All the little niggles and worries and sore bits will fade into nothingness and be replaced with a cock that can only be matched by another brother’s weapon.
Simple and absolute fact.
If you have a partner that likes and/or wants great sex........you will be king. :)

To answer both of you, and you will probably get tired of hearing it but I was implanted on Dec 14th 2017 and I can tell you it is true.

BE PATIENT. One day soon you will wake up and from that day forward, things will very quickly start improving and a few months down the road you will be as happy as a pig in shit and screwin your ass off. ;)
