Repositioning Coloplast Titan pump

Had my post op check up today, and according to the Doc everything looks fine.
Apparently thgere was a half centimetre difference between my cyclinder measurements when they were taken. Not sure if anyone else had that experience, but the medical verdict was that it is OK as the cylinders went welkl into the glans.
I was worried about the position of the pump, as it seemed to be glued top my left testicle. Doc said it was OK since the parts move around for the first five or six weeks before they settle in place, and that some guys yank the pump down in the first few weeks so that it is lower and more central.
has anyone done this? if so, any tips welcome - I think I have read somewhere that putting a hot pad on thge scrotum first helps?
The other problem I had was that on the right hand shafy where there is a bend/kink in the cyclinder - just like a kink in a garden hose - has been quite sore, and when you feel it, it feels a bit stiff and bumby. Again he said that it woulkd be OK as it softens and settles over time.
He said it was too early to start cycling ( I am 10 days in now) although he did deflate it a little which is more comfortable.
I have an appointment at the end of the month to learn how to inflate/deflate and start cycling then.
Overall I am really glad so far that I went ahead with it. It was far less painful than I thought it would be, and am looking forward to being able to use it in due course. For now, patience is the order of the day.
Best wishes
