I had prostate surgery June 2017 and it took 5 months to be 100% dry, and very grateful! Implant scheduled for April 24. For guys who have had both, did you experience any continence problems after the implant?

I had a Prostatectomy in 2014. I did not have an incontinence issue afterwards so I may not be a great one to compare to. I know there are guys here who talk about some dribbling after implant, but I don’t recall if they also had Prostate surgery. I had my implant surgery 6.5 months ago. I seem to hold a bit more urine after the flow stops, but I am able to give my dick kind of a milk Nag squeeze and shake it off and no leaking.

I had a prostatectomy in 2000, and it took 4.5 months for me to regain bladder control. My implant has never caused continence problems.

LRP 2006 35 radiation treatments 2013. Continent after about 3 months after each procedure except for an occasional leak after a big sneeze or heavy lifting. Incontinence again after my implant for about the first 8 weeks. I did Kagels again and am now same as pre op. It is more difficult to strip your penis dry with the cylinders. I usually dab with some TP after I go.

Love my implant definitely worth the aggravation.
