how Do I cycle my pump?

I had an ams 700 22cm implanted almost four week ago and I also had a scrotum reduction. Needless to say with the reduction it has slowed my recovery with a 6 inch insistion. I see my doc again at 6 weeks and hopefully I can start cyleing my pump. Do you have to release after each pump before next pump? What is the protocol for pumping?

Jack,
When I had my implant surgery I also had scrotal webbing removed so I also had a long incision, but mine was probably 4.5". It did take longer to heal than it would have if I had just had the implant alone because the stitches on the underside of my dick kept rubbing on the stitches on my sac. I was pretty much healed by my activation appointment at four weeks.

I think probably the "official" pumping technique is to fully squeeze the pump and then release. For me I found it was very slow to get fully pumped doing it that way. Instead I very quickly push the pump, let up lightly, push it again before it fully fills up. I get rock hard in less time doing it this way.

I just squeeze the ball about half ways and release. It is faster then to squeeze all the way. I also found out to never deflate all the way. I keep the cylinders filled with about five pumps on it all the time. The reason is that if I deflate it all the way for a limp dick, the valve will sometimes stick and you have to work on it to break lose. Having five pumps on the cylinders also gives you that firmness that gives a great look. I also believe it helps in regaining any loss if you had any. I know that with the LGX it has really lengthen my penis from the previous Ultrex.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
51 years old, married 29 years. Implanted Mar 30/17 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. (AMS 700 CX 18 + 2). Had implant removed Apr 29/17 due to Septic Shock. Liposuction By Dr. Gan and re-implant by Dr. Brock (AMS LGX 15 + 2) Dec 14/17.

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Interesting... I have found the exact opposite. When I try little pumps it's like there is no (or very little) saline transferring to the cylinders. I pump "wall to wall" on every pump. :)

There is a big difference between the AMS’s and Coloplast’s pump saline displacement. The Coloplast is capable, based on my experience, to transfer way more saline per pump press than the AMS.

I do too, Larry, and I also wait a tiny bit before doing another pump, to allow the pump to refill with saline. So mine is more like "pump, pump, pump" rather than "pump pump pump."

I wish I could get a wall to wall squeeze. The pump is so hard I can only squeeze about 25%.

Yup, same here... I can actually feel the pump refill... I guess I have very sensitive finger tips. :)

Try moving your fingers around the pump a bit. and try a heating pad for a bit before pumping... it softens up the rubber pump. Let me know how it works :)
