Any guys in LA know any good surgeons out here or surrounding areas ?

I live in Idaho and looked for surgeons in the western US. The name that surfaced the most was Dr. Karpman in Silicon Valley. After speaking with him, I decided to travel to have him do the implant. I'm sure there are competent implant surgeons in the LA area. My search was not exhaustive by any means, it's just that no names came up the way Karpman's did.

I'm strongly considering Dr. Irwin Goldstein in San Diego. He was one of the early pioneers in this area and seems to be highly respected.

I really liked Goldstein but he does not take medicare. Had mine done yesterday by Dr Boyd at Keck medicine of USC. Great hospital and care. I am told Dr Boyd is going to retire. He has been doing them for 30 years. He is 69. I am sure there is some one he works with that is just as competent. He says the Keck group does more than Eid and Kramer together.

I had my first implant done at USC by Dr Ginsberg and then fifteen years later I had the revision done by DR IIbeigi Pedram in Apple Valley, Ca. Both done a great job.
