General Men's Health Section

Postby AKJess » Sun Sep 06, 2026 10:52 pm

I would like to see a general Men's health section to discuss all things related to our bodies. Being in good health helps in many ways, especially when it comes to ED. There are also many people here who have dealt with health conditions who may be able to help others who may be going through the same issues. Let's have a section to discuss the wisdom we collectively have so we may all live longer.
56, married 33 years to an amazing woman with a high sex drive, BPH, PD (47deg down to ~25deg) treatment: Xiaflex with Pentoxifylline & Cialis, traction. Able to have intercouse again - will implant if PD takes a turn (pun intended) for the worse.

I totally agree with this suggestion... Wonder why it has not been done before... Talk about some no-cost options that can help in all kinds of ways... What's to lose ..? I'm a prime example of it... ED happened to me in 2023, Big Time... No erections happening after 73 years of no problem ....Did some research and found out that the possibility just might be my diet... Did not log my progress ( because I was not sure that there would be any ) but after a few months, the erections returned... They are still happening today with out fail.... I started to eat foods that were favorable and ( just as important ) quit eating foods that were detrimental to the cause... That was three years ago and I'm so happy that I followed through.... I was committed to my plight... Stuck with it... No weirdo foods.. And the foods no longer eaten..?? So What.... ? ? P.S. Had prostrate cancer in 2019 .. 30 radiation treatments fixed that situation ( so far ) .... Thanks Jess for your idea....! !
