Username not recognized when signing in on Chat
New registered user here and having trouble signing in on Chat. I get a "username not recognized" window when signing on. Any suggestions?
80, started ED issues in late 50's. Used Viagra, Cialis with some success but unreliable, expensive and side effects not acceptable. Started using Trimix 11/2016 and quit being effective. Implanted on May 22, 2014 by Dr Dean Knoll. AMS 700.

Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

I contacted Paul about this problem and he really could not understand why I can not sign on to Chat. Still getting the "username not recognized" when attempting to sign on. Anyone have other suggestions as I would really like to be able to participate in the Chat Room. Thanks!

Paul wouldn't be the guy to actually address the problem. He needs to refer it to his web team - I don't think there's anything you can do other than be certain you're putting in the credentials correctly.
