Sorry, the FTM was the first one to come up in the search.
The two cylinder implant looks very similar in principle to the AMS or Colaplast.
1957 model, married 27yr first time 6 yr present,10/16 Retired,12/16 PSA 4.9, 1/17 Biopsy, 2/17 Gleason 4+3, 3/17 Robotic Prostatectomy, 4/17 PSA nondecetable, Penile therapy, pills/VED/Trimix, 5/25/18 AMS 700 LGX 21cm 3cm RTE.

When I was young my Hang pointed up to 12 noon. With my implant I hang down most of the time toward 4:30 on the clock my best is straight out 3. If that's what you're talking about that's normal. Sometimes I hang at 5 or 5:30 position

Sounds like no part of the implant was put into the cruse. How experienced is your doctor? The cruse is the base mount of the erection.In the US some doctors put a long inflatable implant from the glans to the base of the cruse. Others use a shorter inflatable implant which attaches to a rear tip extender that is buried back into the cruse.

Thanks for all the answers. I have contacted my doctor now. I think that's the way I have to go. I will report what he says and what the cause is.
