Second try as the first version of this post just went poof when I hit submit.
I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is bases, at best on my own experiences and at worst hallucinations or delusion. Nothing I post should be misconstrues as medical advice. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
You're under the care of a respected Urologist. Nothing you read on an internet forum should ever supersede your doctors instructions or advice, period!
To my uneducated mind your tri-mix appears to be on the upper end of the strength scale. My layman mind wonders if that would leave much room for a strength increase down the road, if needed. Of course I believe you would still have a considerable range to increase the volume of your injection, if needed.
It is my layman understanding the of the normal drugs that make tri-mix, they are not all equal in their risk of scaring are causing perionies. And to my understanding the drugs do, to some degree, perform different tasks and not all are generally equal in causing the actual erection. Some have an increased risk of pain. It seems that matching a mix to a patient borders on witchcraft or alchemy. I'm not qualified in those arts either.
Based on your description of events it seems you might get by with a little less juice. With your doctor's approval you might want to consider experimenting to find the least dose that provides satisfactory results.
You're having very satisfying results using the meds as directed and you haven't had to make an ER visit for a priapism. I wouldn't stress over anything posted on an internet forum.
Don't stress, just enjoy the success!
Yes, in reference to your "morning wood" I believe your injections could be having some general therapeutic effects.

Happy for you and I'm a BIG fan of Trimix myself! It's an incredible feeling to be able to go from ED zero to sex super hero just like that and throw down on some pussy. Love it!

So is anyone of the opinion that I should get on a different dosage? It's working so great as it is. But I don't want to do any long term damage if that's the concern.

Re: Big Big Fan!!
If you're under the care of a respected Urologist and you trust him, I'd follow his instructions and advice. However, if he's a good doctor he won't mind and might even appreciate you asking intelligent questions. There is a difference between asking intelligent questions and telling him how to do his job. Do some research and educate yourself so you can ask intelligent questions. Opinions on internet forms is not good research although they "could" give you an idea of areas to look into.

IMHO I think you should experiment with lower doses to see if you can get an acceptable result without having to take Sudafed or Benadryl to counteract the Trimix and act as an antidote. Your Trimix script sounds like elephant strength though but based on some one else here on Franktalk who also had a similar script from the same pharmacy(I think) I believe they might do things differently and have you mix or blend it yourself? I think most guys aren't using anything close to resembling that kind of Trimix strength. Seems like that pharmacy is doing something differently??? Anyways... seems like its working well for you. Just be careful if you try to switch pharmacies.

OK... that makes more sense to me. Thanks for clearing that up! It seems as if there are no standards when it comes to how pharmacies list the strength of Trimix? I think my pharmacy would list that strength as 30-30-1 instead of 30-1-30???

Re: Big Big Fan!!
My non-medical professional internet opinions again:
I agree with Bob. That's not the shocking "starter mix" your previous post suggested, although it still would be stronger than most starter mixes. My internet forum opinion is still that you should use the least volume (Units or percent of ml) of mix that gives you a satisfactory boner. It sounds like you're not far off from a perfect dose.
And yes, usually mixes are given in drug amounts per one ml, regardless of the total volume of the vial containing it. There seems to be even less consistency in how or what order the drugs are listed. However it seems Papaverine / Phentolamine / Prostaglandin E1 (AKA Alprostadil or PGE1) is the most common format.
Have fun!

Re: Big Big Fan!!
Thanks EVERYONE for the great replies and encouragement. A couple of updates, etc...
1. I finally got the courage to tell my wife. It was a non issue for her. She said, "I loved our sex before and I love it now. Don't feel like you have to use it to please me." She's pretty special and I figured that's how she would respond. I do love, though, the feeling and confidence it gives me. Now after foreplay, I can just mount her with no anxiety. It's amazing. And as I said earlier, I basically choose now when I want to climax.
2. I am going to experiment with some lower dosage when I go out of town next week. Don't want that pressure with her, so will see how a half dosage works with masturbation. Again, she wouldn't care. But I do. Figure half the dose will make medicine last longer and have less chance of problems??
3. Just to clarify, I have not taken the Sudafed and/or Benadryl because I necessarily needed them. I took them more as what I saw as a safe, precautionary measure to prevent Priapism before it had a chance to even get established. So far, I have no idea whether my erection is simply going down on its own or whether it's my strategy that's making the difference. I guess I just don't want to risk it.
4. I notice that I have pretty significant soreness at the base of my penis after every episode. I don't know whether to attribute this to me being rock hard and just not being used to that or the fact that our love making is lasting three or four times as long. Maybe it's also due to the dosage? I would appreciate any insight any of you have on this. Let me stress that it is not agonizingly painful. More like a dull ache at about 6 on a scale of 10.
5. If my description of my particular mix was misleading, I apologize.. As you know I'm very new to this and simply read what was on the box that the vial came in. I am slightly encouraged, though, that I MAY not be on elephant stimulant, LOL!
6. Does anyone have any experience in using this daily? We've been going at it three or four times a week. Of course, I'm sure that novelty will wear off a little bit. We're usually over or twice a week, when I'm in town.
7. Do not worry about me taking any advice on here as gospel. I'm aware that most of you are not doctors. I do a lot of reading and I do believe in having honest discussions with my doctor. But I also appreciate hearing about experiences from people who are actually in the same boat, so to speak.

Re: Big Big Fan!!
I'm on a fairly strong dosage: 30MG/2MG/10MCG/ML. I'm injecting .4 units. I didn't start a that dosage but worked up to it with my Uro until I was able to get an excellent erection. So starting with the "rocket fuel" is probably a choice by your Uro for one reason or another. Could be your size.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.
