I use the AutoPen classic with a 31 gauge 8 mm needle, no pain from the injection whatsoever.

Not gonna be very useful, but might give some perspective - I've been using injections for over 12 years now and still can't get consistent effects. Not giving up either tho, so that's that.
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Hey Anon,

Welcome to the Dick Pricker's Club. Here are a few thoughts:

(By the way my mix is 130-3-30 and I may move up to 150-5-50).

With Trimix the formulas are all over the map. Everyone potentially reacts to the drug differently. Even at 130-30-3 I am injecting up to 40 units but have yet to achieve what I would call the classic porn-star, towel-rack erection. Even at that strength, the longest erection I have ever had is a little over an hour, so I don't even worry about priapism anymore. What I am saying is that you can't worry about other guy's formula. Just focus on what is working for you.

I would say you are off to a fine start. However, if you experiment with increasing units I would suggest just an increase of just one unit at a time. Practice, practice, practice. Practice without the pressure of needing to have sex with a partner right away. It takes some of us months or even years to get where you were in the first week. Great stuff. Keep us posted!
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

I have been injecting trimix for about 8 weeks now. I had ordered one of those devices that you put the syringe in and then it automatically injects it when you press the button. I found it to be awkward and difficult to know exactly where the shot was going. After the fist attempt I have been injecting without the injector thing. I find it much easier and more accurate this way. Yes,... probably normal to have the jitters when you first start, but after a few shots you find that it really isn't a big deal after all. There may be just a tiny bit of discomfort when you pierce the skin... yes, a tiny bit. Again... not big deal. Just avoid injecting through a vein and don't inject at the 12 o'clock or the 6 o'clock positions on the penis shaft. My urologist told me to keep away from the head and the base of the penis. Inject in the middle of one side, and then alternate to the middle of the other side for your next shot. The needles are very sharp and thin and do not result in any significant discomfort. Inject the 1/2 inch length of the needle all the way to its end and withdraw it straight out. Enjoy!

Just a little followup since Im still here lurking the forums...

Still on my initial prescription of Tri-Mix and injecting between 0.04 - 0.06ml and achieving a 2 - 3.5hr erection. I usually get a rock solid boner and after I come the first time its so rock solid that it sorta hurts but I try to use that time to go round 2 and sometimes round 3. Sometimes when I want to just be one-and-done Im stuck laying around with a boner for another 1-2hrs after Im done with sucks but isn't that bad.

I don't use my Autoject, still going manually despite my extremely shaky hands by reclining the sofa halfway and resting my injecting hand on my thigh to stabilize it. The pain is still pretty minimal. Yeah I don't like it but the end result is sooo awesome.

One thing I realized with manual injections is that if it stings/burns while going in... your not in the right spot. I realized this with a few failed boners and 100% of the time they happened when the injection was painful while pressing the plunger. I use a 30g 1/2" and now I feel the first layer skin prick, then slowly push while I feel that 2nd layer, and once it pricks through that 2nd layer I can ease up slightly instead of still trying to jam it in further and this seems to help.

Overall TriMix has given me a sex life that is better than Viagra when it was working at its peak 12+ years ago.

I freaking LOVE being able to lay there getting a 10-20min BJ then know that I can try every position I want, regardless of if it's my fav or not and keep a rock-solid guy down there the whole time.

Lady constantly tells me that she notices a big difference with my girth on TriMix.

I really need to find a way to get trimix in Europe.

This is so frustrating!
