As a proud coloplast titan guy, I am super super thrilled with those larger girth (21 mm diameter) cylinders. The coloplast titan is an awesome sex machine that some characterize as a "beast of a member" during sex.

With regards to women, I have no idea what they like, though there are rumors which state that "hard and thick let's the penis do the trick" and there are other rumors that women like "hardness, hardness, hardness, and then girth"

So, if your woman is older or smaller, then a smaller diameter penis might be best (ie, AMS). Alternatively, if you do not care how the woman experiences sex (ie, her possible craving for the stretch of a big girth), then AMS might be better since the flacid is softer in the less than 6 inch penis (for over 6 inch, coloplast and AMS flacid seem to be equal).

On the other hand, if you want a "big , bad ass, sex wand" and you do not care about anything else, then Coloplast Titan will be best. (remember, I have stated here many times that I wanted the biggest and hardest Penis for sex, and everything else was immaterial to me). For my wife, she said she really likes girth (she is kindave stretched out); but that was three years ago, now that she is older, her vagina is not very moist anymore and is getting thin walled, so she is no longer a fan of sex at all (tragic for me, very tragic). That letter is not the first time AMS people have complained about the girth.

This debate touches on the age old debate "is a bigger penis a better penis ?" For all of us, engaging in that debate is dangerous for our ego (since you have the length that you have, and there is little that can be done about that).
That being said, I specifically went to a doctor who prefers titan because I wanted the "biggest and hardest dick for sex, and the hell with everything else"

Looking at all sides of this debate, the good news is that there are enough satidfied customers on both AMS and Coloplast sides, thus, you can feel comfortable going with what your doctor recommends.

Clearly there are many levels of acceptance as to what hard is and what size is acceptable both to the implantees and the beneficiary of the result. The students that came in after my surgery to brag they had put the biggest implant AMS makes in me were ecstatic. To me it was a scrawny p.o.s. compared to what I was used to with the annoying pump, rings and injections. My wife called it totally useless. I guess it is what we get used to. If you drove VW beetles your whole life, a big diesel pickup might be too much for you, especially if you were used to parking in the empty shopping cart corral like I used to do with my Geo, but if you are used to the big diesel and then are plopped into a Cooper Mini, it just might not be enough to haul your shit around. For me at my age smaller girth is easier to move and just as enjoyable and comfortable to boot. I love my AMS. This post says that AMS comes in 18mm girth, I think that is Titan right?

I think 12mm is tops in girth for AMS?. That gives me 5 1/8" girth at the thickest and on down to less than 5 on most of my shaft.

Bottom line: My uro number 2 promised that he would shorten me about an inch. Your guy is promising to GIVE you an inch! So what are you waiting on? I don't care if he uses a pop-sickle stick This guy gets my vote.

I do not agree with a lot of these posts. You can only go as much as mother nature gave you. That is why they measure you with a special measuring device and they insert it inside and stretch it to full length. That is how they know exactly what size cylinders they need to use. If before you had ED problems and your length was eight inches, you are not going to get much more then that. The thing will not get bigger unless you are having a revision and the first implant they had short changed you. But now they are more advanced on the technology and will give you the exact length that you had before ED set in.

According to my specialists, he said they usually install what ever company they have contracted with to buy their equipment. Some like AMS and some buy from Titan. The difference is the material used on the cylinders. The AMS LGX stretches for maximum length and more girth. The Titan is a thicker material on the cylinders so the elasticity is not there like the LGX. But both will serve you well. If your anatomy is already big, you should not worry about size anyways. It is what it is. I had the Ultrex by AMS and it short changed me about an inch, but I was already big enough to satisfy. Now the doctor applied the LGX and it restored my original length and lots more girth. Can not complain either way. Sex is very important in life in my opinion.
