Still Curving After Implant for Peyronies

Postby $90,000Man » Thu Jan 24, 2019 4:30 pm

Hi all,

I am 4 weeks and a day out of surgery. Yesterday, my doctor inflated me for the first time and now, instead of curving upward (from Peyronies), it curves to the the right.

He told me not to be discouraged, that twice daily cycling will eventually help break down the residual scar tissue from healing and in turn lengthen it.

I knew, from reading this forum, that guys often increased their length over time. My question is if anyone has been in a similar situation with a curvature and how they fared.

Thanks!

I am 9 days post-op. I never knew I had slight Peyronies disease until pre-op visit with Eid.1 A few days ago I noticed dick pointing to left. I push my dick to middle of crotch and wear tight briefs and jock and try to keep it in middle. Seems to help.
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.

If you can, try cycling 3-5 times a day for 30 minutes each. :)

Larry,

Thanks, I'm working on it, but I do have a full time job

Did you experience something similar?

It is going to take pumping it to the very max to straighten it if your scaring is much. I flop my sack on a towel or t shirt on the vanity to push down on the bulb so I get full complete pumps and pump till the bulb caves in.

No, I have never had Peyronie's or cancer... just a LOT of genital surgery. Here are a few ideas to help find time to cycle.

When you first wake up, before you get out of bed, inflate your implant. Then go have your shower, shave, etc. Delete when you have to (maybe even in the parking lot at work).

When you get home, before doing anything, change into something loose and pump up.

Go up to bed 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep. If you have a TV in your room, put on a 20 minute sitcom... when it's over, so is your cycling.

If you can squeeze one in there between dinner and bed, do that too.

I really do understand the time thing. It's easy for me because now that I am retired I have all the time in the world.

Somebody needs to invent a strap on Peyronie's splint that you can put on Willy before going to bed and have the sand man straighten him out :)

Hi I had am upward Peyronies curve like yourself... prior to implant the upward curvature was 30 deg... pretty much at the upper limit for correction by an implant... similar to you I had a Titan implant.... chosen as it was a better option for correcting Peyronies.... now 6 months after the fitment of the implant the upward curvature is at most 10 deg.. it is of no consequence. The implant initially curved to the left, but has now straightened out... hope this experience helps.

I have Peyronies and was implanted. I had a mild upward curve and to the left. Mostly had shortening from verapamil shots. Implanted on 9/6/18. At six week activation I was 4.5” length. I have been cycling every day for 1 hour ( usually around bedtime) I am now approaching 5 3/4” length.

Larry- the studies I have read about growth from cycling state to cycle between 1-2 hours a day. Do you feel it is more beneficial to divide this time up in half hours? And why? Thanks!

I was told on FT to cycle 3x @ 40min. Or 2x @ 1hr. I chose the latter. But on discharge my dr wasn't so precise with actual minutes just what could be tolerated. Say for a example 20 minutes 4x a day. I still do 1hr twice day. The only thing he actually demands (assertively requests) is start on day 3 excluding day of surgery.

Hope I helped-vagabind
