Hey, congrats! I was just implanted on Jan 7...different model (Titan), size (24 m +1), location (NH), and protocols (I was sent home 60 inflated for two weeks before deflation), and I've been keeping a daily journal of the experience here on FT. Would love to hear from you regularly to compare he similarities/differences.
FWIW, for me...the pain was excruciating on Days 3-5. Not too bad before that, subsided significantly after that. Just a fair warning

Ice (not more than 20 minutes at a time) and nice hot baths as soon as you are allowed and then try to cycle while in the tub (or use an electric heating pad) it softens up the rubber pump and make cycling a lot less uncomfortable.. Good luck and welcome to the brotherhood.

Not allowed to cycle yet. My Doc doesn't want me to start cycling until week 6.

Relief may be attained even without cycling. A warm bath and a little massage might help. It might not, either, but there is plenty you can do with your belly, scrotum and penis short of cycling the implant that might make you more comfortable.
Stay optimistic.
edit: In response to some posts later in this thread (and plain common sense) DO NOT DO ANYTHING (immersion, wetting, washing with regular soap, ANYTHING) not approved by your Doctor. Changing bandages and proper wound care (including wound cleaning with medically sound techniques) should be explained to you (and your caregiver) in detail before you leave the hospital, or even before you discuss the surgery (it will help you decide about the procedure and arrange for care).

If you use water as hot as you can tolerate it, you can soften up that pump and cycle in the tub. If feels great and is much easier.

Last night after I was released and went home I was in a lot of pain. Today I woke up and don’t have nearly as much. The one thing i do have is a lot of swelling in my testicles. I don’t have very much pain with it but a little concerned with how much I have. Should I be concerned? My surgeon used dissolvable stitched and glue and told me that I cannot use a bath for a good 4 weeks.

Usually the glue makes it waterproof but, if he says no bath for weeks, then, no bath for 4 weeks.

I keep reading that some suggest getting in a tub with hot water. I was not allowed to even take a shower for at least a couple of weeks, only sponge bath especially in the scrotum area because of the incision . They want it to heal before you start taking showers which makes a lot of sense to me.
On my revision they removed the stitches too soon and about a quarter of the incision reopened and it scared the hell out of me that infection might set in. I went back to the ER to get restitched, but they said they could not restitch it. They said to apply a thin film of an antibiotic ointment. And it did heal up, but it was scary.
So I suggest not to get into a rush to get in a bath tub in hot water or even to shower. Do as the specialists tell you. You will be just fine.
Apply ice packs to the scrotum several times a day after the surgery, it will bring the swelling down and you will also start getting your natural color back. On the revision my scrotum turned almost black. I thought they had implanted me with somebody else penis. But then I got my white color back.

Ray; Yes is is me that suggests to get into a tub of water... finish reading that "WHEN YOUR DOCTOR SAYS IT'S OK" I was allowed to bathe a week after my implant. Some doctors are saying 4 weeks, some 6 weeks, etc.
