Making head harder for penetration

About ten years ago I had my cancerous prostate removed, causing me to have E.D. I then tried the pills and shots but only had occasional success. Then, in 2017 I had an AMS 700 penile implant installed which made sex SO much better. However, my surgeon said that he was unable to get the implant all the way up into my head. I’m able to pump up my shaft to make it really hard, but without a hard head, penetrating my wife is a little difficult and it takes awhile to “get it in.” Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any creams or types of injections I can use to make the head of my penis hard? Thank you!

You could try PDE-5I, Muse (intraurethral creme) or a penile ring.

I d actually try low dose cialis and/or a penile ring.

Thank you, Mr. S. I will check that out! I’m not sure about the Cialis tho’ because as you may know, pills don’t work once an Implant is added. But maybe Cialis will get through the shaft somehow and positively affect the head. I’ll check. Again, thank you!

Cowboy, the head filling/engorgment is different route from the corpra where the implant cylinders are placed. That’s why the PDE5 drugs may help with filling your glans.

I have the Titan implant and have been using the VED for quite sometime. After I pump up the implant, I use the VED to get more blood into my shaft and head. The glans gets really engorged and very very firm. It is very pleasurable to see the big head as well as feel it. My wife loves it with regular sex and oral sex. To keep the head engorged and firm, i sometimes use a ring.

I do it and not tell ing everyone to do what i do. Sure the implant shaft is hard as a rock but the head is not that firm. My doctor said that one could have collagen injections in the glanss but it would not be a permanent solution and it is Expensive. I have had my implant now for 5 years
