OMG... you are right. I have had that signature for a long time and nobody, including me, has ever noticed it. My apologies, I will fix that right away.

I was implanted with the Titan OTR over 6 years ago by Dr. Eid. I had peyronies and Dr Eid recommended the Titan to give me more girth. Our last meeting I asked him how i could firm up my glans. He said that injections of collagen would make the glans firm/hard but it was not permanent and very expensive.

I asked him if I could use the VED since i was pumping before the implant. He said yes but to make sure you pump up the implant first. He said I could also use Cialis regimen, if you want to go that route since it would also help with the blood flow to your penis. The implant and all the wiring have not been hurt or damaged from my doing this.

I was losing length and girth to Peyronies, and i was desperate for a "fix". I did not do any research at all and went in "dumb" to him although i knew he was good. He told me what i needed and I am glad I did.

I have been doing this for over 5 years and even using a ring after I pump up the implant. Whatever makes me happy.

Hi Mike,

At least you went to Dr Eid, even if you went in 'dumb'. Someone that genuinely is good and someone that you can trust to give good judgement. I think it is so important to listen to guys like this, decent guys at the top of what they do. You have to trust their judgement. I myself have failed to do that in the past, learning more about the implant, and urology more generally, has made me realise how daft it is not to trust them and do what they tell you! haha

Anyway, would it be possible for you to elaborate on the ring you use with the implant. There are several chaps such as myself who hope to use a ring with the implant to attain glans engorgement. Not much info from those that do however, so any advice on what ring to use, how it interacts with the implant....does it interfere with the tubes for example?
