Implant erection vs. normal erection

Postby schmeb37 » Sun Mar 03, 2019 4:53 pm

Thinking about getting the procedure. This is a great website for information. Can you please tell us how sex is with an implant vs., say, an 18 year old rock hard erection? Please provide all the good and bad. Can your wife tell the difference. How hard can you make it? Can you still ejaculate? Is it diiferent? Stuff like that. The more info., the better. Thanks in advance.

I hope you are not thinking of an implant as way to improve your sex life. The success stories here make it seem as if sex after implant is better than sex was with a fully functioning natural penis.

You lose a lot of subtle things when you get an implant. For one, you are guaranteed you will never again achieve a natural erection. And if it quits working, coital sex is impossible unless you replace it.

The surgical risks and costs are considerable.

The spontaneity of a natural erection is one of the subtle things I miss. Spontaneity with an implant is better than with injections or V.E.D., but not as nice as the completely self-erecting penis.

When I first considered treating (there is no "cure", yet; all theses treatments are temporary, more or less) my E.D. with an implant, I took a couple weekends to read through two and a half years of posts/threads with titles that looked informative. I recommend this to you. It will give you a better basis for your next questions.

Looking forward to it.

By the way, what is your E.D. history? Sharing that with us will help us help you.

For me, bionic sex has been amazing because it stays hard for as long as the two of us can physically move. Before ED started 21 years ago I could get rock hard but I also suffered from PE so it was hit and miss satisfying my wife. I had to do a lot of foreplay, cunnilingus, fingers etc.

I can say the erection is as hard or harder than my natural erection when I was younger.

My penis is smaller both length and girth, doctor was not too interested in maximizing my size. That has been the main downside. Wife says I am definitely smaller in both dimensions.

However, she is loving my bionic dick, regardless of size. She often comes 3 or 4 times! She’s wearing me out! I’m 64 and she’s 59. Lucky me.

Yes, I can come no problems. It does take me longer, so in a sense it also cured my PE. But it wouldn’t matter if I do come early since it doesn’t deflate. The feelings are the same as before.

Another drawback is when my wife wants to go, she can’t rub me or suck me hard. So that makes the “he still is turned on by me” not as prevalent. Trust me, she turns me on! But she hasn’t been able to do that for 20 years.

I wanted to get Eid to do it and pay the whole shot. I’m Canadian so I ended up getting it for no cost. In retrospect I should have coughed up the $30 grand.

My ED HX: Started getting ED around 2005,made it work without help until about 2008. Took ED meds until last year when the meds stopped working. Trimix shots have been a mixed bag, mostly failures. Relationship with the wife has been horribly tested. Definitely not considering the implant to improve sex, but to have sex again.

Looking for real feedback on life during sex and life after.

Does the erection feel different for me and her?

Nothing is like the real thing. I lost mine 7-2016 to prostate cancer RP. I had more filling with trimix but had to stop them. It gets very hard. Wife likes it I little softer. It is all I have. Can screw my brains out.

You answered the last question well.
Please create a signature with your details as we all have.

Like Freddy I feel that sex is better now.....I am in total control of when I climax which means I can fuck with a very stiff cock for as long as a woman is enjoying it........I have had 2 GF’s who like sex with a hard cock and for a drawn out period....sometimes for hours.
You may well doubt the veracity of that statement however there’s no shortage of brothers on here who are having the same experience.

Some positives:
-Great looking flaccid.....mine is over 6” and very girthy ....women love it.
-Great looking erection, adjustable/attenuable from medium to Estwing hammer handle stiff.....mine is a bit over 7”......women love the adjustable part to begin with but once they get the ‘feel’ of a hard cock that is constant against their g spot they don’t mess with the gentle setting........other women have preferred it softer but they didn’t last.
My current GF was hesitant at first but absolutely loves it now and sex is an (oftentimes) twice daily event.

Ultimately my implant has made me a far superior sex partner than I ever was because I don’t rush anymore.....because I can have the most amazing erection any time anywhere....and if my partner isn’t ready I’m not edgy or impatient because.......I can perform whenever she wants......win win!

I went through the same process as you and ended up using Caverject. The concern that injecting may cause scarring which could effect the size of an implant led me very quickly to Australia’s most reputable urologist specialising in penile implants.
He chose the Titan and I am loving every aspect of having it.
I was a sad, injecting, limp dicked mother......not anymore my friend, not anymore.
Oh one last thing, I can’t get a useable erection, however as soon as my GF holds my cock or pops it in her mouth I do get natural blood flow and a semi erection which carries with it all the sensations associated with sexual arousal.
Good luck man :)

You don't need to have a woody to know that you are horny, but it creates more opportunities when you do!

Your comment about "arousal pattern" is very perceptive.

In the movie, "Coming Home", Jon Voight's character was paralyzed from the waist down, but attested that he still had sexual feelings in the parts of his body that he COULD feel - that is, his chest and arms, etc.

The arousal pattern you mention is a learned response as much as it is a biological construct from our nerves, etc. We can re-learn a new pattern over a period of time.

Be open to the new pathways and enjoy discovering them.

Thanks for pointing my thinking in that direction. I noticed that I enjoy my lover's touch differently now than before, and differently than she expected me to respond. I was unable to express the reasons why. Your mention will help me in that respect.
