Pump with injection
Pump with injection
I use Tri-mix with mixed results. And am wondering if it is ok to use a pump with Tri-Mix. And also, before or after the injection? Any opinions much appreciated.
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

That should be ok but you really should check with your doctor.

Just use caution. I get a hematoma from the injection site if I try pumping after injection.

If this happens, you have either pumped too much or left it on too long.

Re: Pump with injection
From what I've read, it's not advised to pump after injections. Specifically because of the risk of hematoma.
Age: 39, Diabetic (well controlled) HBP (since teens, less well controlled, but ok),
mild ED for 3 years, l arginine l citrulline and norvaline (amino acid stack) helped.
Pills: ineffective. Started trimix: 6/24/18, EXTREMELY effective.

Doctors who are not a fan of the vacuum will tell you that BUT, the 4 most popular, experienced, skilled surgeons in North America say different. Apparently there was an article in the New England Journal of Medicine that supported VED therapy pre and post implant and through any treatment for ED. Dr. Kramer, specifically, told me that he doesn't think it helps but it certainly does not hurt. I know different. I am walking, breathing proof that it works. My pre and post surgery pictures are remarkable proof of the gains.
The idea is that you pump just to where it is still comfortable BUT, one more pump would be uncomfortable. Leave it there for 30 minutes Twice a day is preferred but at least once a day. These are the instructions from Dr. Paul Perito. Dr. Brock told me to pump just to where it starts to be uncomfortable and leave it for 5 minutes. Do this 3 to 5 times a day after pumping the implant to the max.

Larry,
I don't believe the majority of your post is relevant to what I assume is the intended purpose of the OP. I do know that, with me, it does not take much vacuum or time at all (mere moments) to pull blood up through the injection point. I am on low dose asprin therapy and mild blood pressure meds which my play a role. I can easily see where pumping before injection might work for some guys.

Re: Pump with injection
The OP specifically asked about pumping after infections, with tri-mix. I assume he wasn't talking about pumping with an implant.
Now go stand in the corner for a while.
