While learning your routine I'd stick to the 3 - 9 entry points. From there you should aim toward the imaginary center point of your penis.

Ditto. That happened to me once. Bad placement of needle. Yes, it was freaky, but nothing bad happened.

If you're injecting at 3 you should be drilling directly across as if you're trying to exit at 9.
