I just realized how very the same it feels inside. I have no sense of implant or no implant. Just that same rush of urgency for pressure and motion.Any of you guys notice that too?

Actually the only time I can feel my implant at all is when I'm holding my penis to pee. Otherwise, nothing is felt. :)

I'm still only 6 weeks in, but sometimes I get pain in the glans from the tips.
That bothers me quite a bit. I hope that lessens over time?

My ED was purely from RP surgery. Had no problems till then. The nerve sparing part didn't work for me. Tried everything. Implant was last resort. Took a full two years to reach the point I am at now. Surgery was not very painful, swelling was awful. Kept me out of action quite awhile. Had a transverse incision just below the penis and this totally severed the nerves running along the bottom side. Numb, totally numb there. The nerves have regrown 95% and, except for a few places, the underside feels normal. Took about 6 months to get to orgasm again, and it started sparsely and has increased. I am 95% orgasmic now. The inflation FEELS like an erection if I don't over-do it. Full pumping, hammer hard, strains something in there, so about 90% feels good. I pump every day for 1 to 2 hours to avoid contracture, so I feel my inflation every day. Feels good, normal, harder than pre-RP by a little, much harder than an 18 year old. Wife is happy to see me back in action again, having sex about 2 times a week. As I lost more than 2 inches, she notices the differences. For her, orgasm during intercourse is now a sometime thing. But I give her as many as she wants before hand, usually 5-8, then jump on top before she cools down for my pleasure. Sometimes she cums again, mostly not. We use a pillow under her to achieve an adequate insertion, not what she is used to, and probably uncomfortable a little. I would say I have achieved 90% of what I had before, but fear my wife might say only 50%. And this is 2 years post op.
Aug'15: RP NON nerve-sparing on Rt. Pills, vac pump, injections: Injections were best, about 50%. Aug'17: Penile pain and headaches. Implant: AMS CX 18 cm+2 cm. (Undersized! :x ) Asked for LGX! Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans, LA Still working great.

How long did it take for your penile underside to regain sensation? did that numbness include the skin between your glans and your circumcision line (inner skin if you're not circumcised) (oddly specific question i know lol but that's my most sensitive area)

31. Jelq-HF in 2017. Has continued to get worse. 5mg daily cialis, 10mg on demand. Considering other options.

It's unlikely that DonDon will answer you. He hasn't visited FT since December 28 2020.

Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
