First Followup After Surgery

Postby Droopy » Sun Mar 10, 2019 6:56 pm

I am scheduled for an infra pubic implant on March 21. My first follow up is scheduled almost four weeks later on April 17. Does this sound right?

I don't know if it's smart, but I wouldn't want to go without cycling that long.
If you got cycling instructions and the OK, I wouldn't have a problem with 4 weeks.
Mine was around 15 days.
I guess the docs know a lot more than me though.
I probably shouldn't have given an opinion on this since I'm no doc; just read lots of posts.

Dr Kramer's instruction sheet says don't cycle until the following up visit. Risk pain and infection, I am going to wait.

My follow is 14 days. So 10 left. You would think this stuff would be pretty standard by now. Mine did not want me doing anything but heal till I see him. Then he is going over all the details and can start pumping.

Different docs, different procedures. I am going to follow mine. I figure I chose him when I could have used another but did not. If I let him cut my junk with a knife I figure I should have some faith in his procedures.

Will say I cannot wait to get deflated and it is going to be a long 10 days. Kind of funny in a weird way. I have not had a hard erection in years and now I want to be finished with this one. I also will feel better when this thing deflates and I can inflate and deflate on my own.

My first follow up was 4 weeks, but the doc had me pumped 80 to 90%. It was painful the full time.

It was about 4 weeks follow up for me. No activation until then. I was pretty uncomfortable for a few weeks.
