Thanks!

Injections were a show-stopper for me... hurt too much. :)

I originally had the classic alprostadil ache but obviously not as badly as some. The pain experience did gradually moderate and I no longer experience it. As mentioned previously, I do inject the juice slowly and in small pulsed increments. If I injected all at once I think I would still get pain.

I'm hearing people talking of "burn", "pain", and "ache"...what is most common? I get what I would describe as an "ache" that doesn't set in until maybe two hours post-injection, and still super stiff with no signs of abatement. Prior to that though, I don't get any burning or or pain on injection at all. I attributed my "ache" to just being too hard for too long...it can be a little painful to have intercourse after that point, but still able to perform to completion. Could that also be an "alprostadil ache" that could eventually diminish?

dgold,

It sounds to me like you're describing more the classic alprostadil ache. As long as I don't use too much more juice than necessary I no longer get that. I can still bet burn if I inject too fast. An auto injector would not work for me.

it is normal that a certain percent of men, ive heard about 30% experience pain with alprostadil. i too did originally and to some extent today. ive been injecting since my prostate removal in 3/2015. try using bimix. this is just the same but without alprostafil. may be less effective, or not. but not pain for sure.

It's worth try at adding a cock ring to the mix.

"A sore pecker and a big grin after a weekend at the beach" is a good thing. Having pain from injections is not a good thing. Your mixture may not be right for you. Talk to your doctor. All the best.
