not all doctors dialate penis. I believe West said that his doctor did not dilate him he only stretched out the tissue. Big difference. Once your dilated you're done turtle head or implant those are your two choices. I hear that in California there's a device 4 girth that slipped underneath the skin on the top wrapping around 2 near the bottom going from the base all the way to the back of the glans. It's called luminor something like that don't remember but it would probably hold you o u t without an implant.

The insertion of an implant into the inside of the tunica albuginea is certain to traumatize, destroy, compromise or remove (take your choice) the corpus cavernosum tissue inside the tunica. Arterial blood flow into the cavernosum tissue is what inflates the tunica to provide an erection. (much like an inflatable pillow, mattress or boat). That arterial flow is also likely to be affected.

Once an implant is inserted, you are pretty much guaranteed to never ever again have a natural erection. The additional trauma of removing the implant is even more certain to leave no cavernosum tissue or viable arterial blood flow to produce an erection.

I would be interested in hearing where you read/heard those comments.

Yes the implant procedure is reversible. Yes the implant can be taken out, but your dick will not inflate on its own ever again. If your dick would inflate on its own before the procedure then why would you get the implant to begin with. If you need the implant to straighten your dick out so you can sex again, then take the implant out, reverse, then you can’t have sex again. When you have exhausted all options then it is time to get the implant.

The girth sleeve that was mentioned earlier in this threaded, does not go into the body. Only on the visible part of your dick. If you can’t get an erection then you will have a girthy floppy dick.

Agreed.
No good for sex but great for the urinal.
