If you have suit intentions, the very first step is you want to see that implant evidence be preserved. That would be now that you need to do that. I do believe there is a law here in Missouri that EVERYTHING removed from a human body has to go to pathology. Pathology has to write a report on it. I have seen pathology reports that were 1 sentence long and I have seen pathology reports that were so detailed they went on for 3 pages. Sorry your experience with St. Louis doctors sucked like mine did. I wonder it they are still fighting among each other yet too. Damn. I remember asking Doctor Kramer after the surgery if I could have the old implant to cut the valve apart to see how it works. He told me no. I thought he said it was thrown away as waste.
