I will check it again but I think the surgical reports that I got that states the size are not very detailed. I do remember it did say that the head was supported.
Edit: I have added a screenshot of the surgical notes.

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
The surgical notes say he was present the whole time. I have had several serious surgeries at USC. The first on, they took my stomach out and rebuilt my esofegush. That one definitely was done by the professor. In one of those operating rooms with 14 students watching from above. Dr Boyd, (said) he was doing my implant. I think he did, but, dr Lou Doyle was in the operating room and handled all my post OP appointments. It is a PIA to get a do over, but I am sure they will make it right.

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
Reading your notes the thing that may have gone wrong is the sizing. Says you were firmly in the glans. It does not say that they inflated and deflated the implant several times to insure a correct fit. Big mistake. It looks like while you were flaccid the tips came out. This early there is no way to know how buckled the implant is inside of you. They should have clearly given your distal and proximal measurements for both sides. That would tell alot. But 18 cm is 18 cm no matter how you slice it.
I'm going to say something here as a person who has no training and cannot be verified. But if I were in your situation I would pump fully for days keeping the bulb firm 24/7 until the tips moved up into my glans. Let me ask you a question. Right now fully pumped how close are you to your pre surgery length? If you are short by say an inch or more then your cylinders are very likely buckled inside of you a condition that quite often takes many months to stretch . Took me 5 months to gain back about 2 3/4 inches. Good luck with your appt.

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
I will try keeping it inflated for a while and see if that helps. I really think it is just undersized. Most everyone talks about their implanted flacid being almost as big as their inflated but my deflated is the same size as before the implant

Re: Short changed and floppy head.
I commented on this a few years ago and explained my reasoning and it has been brought up a couple times since. I think there is a video with Dr. Eid commenting about it somewhere too. In my opinion, the simple mechanics of it say without modifiying measuring tools, you cannot get an accurate measurement infrapubically, especially if a person is not thin. Infrapubic may have it's advantages, but otherwise, it is a quite flawed process.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
Re: Short changed and floppy head.
I can't offer any meaningful suggestions, but pump as much and as often possible to see if anything breaks loose.
It all seems pretty fishy that right out of the box, it's no Bueno.
If lots of pumping has no effect, can it be scanned to see if it a case of buckling or gasp, maybe they forgot the RTEs or didn't use traction sutures.
Speaking of traction sutures, I had visible signs of them in the glans for a week.
You really must keep pursuing an answer to this since it's totally unacceptable, and it is starting to piss me off.

Remember the difference between "growers" and "show-ers": growers are much longer when erect than when flaccid (mine pre-implant more than doubled), where show-ers are not all that much longer when erect than when flaccid (with implant my flaccid is just 1.5" shorter than erect).
Re: Short changed and floppy head.
I think the larger flaccid size is more common with the Titan and the CX.
Mine is less than an inch shorter than erect size.

If your fully pumped size is currently the same length as your fully stretch size before surgery then you have your answer. You were obviously miss measured. but just to be sure stay fully pumped for a while if you're not feeling any tip pain then it pretty much confirms that there's nothing more inside no buckling. That would mean that a revision is your only option or being satisfied with what you've got. Two very bad choices. Good luck

3-29 is another 2 weeks.I would call him and get an appointment immediately. They will get you in. waiting would drive me nuts. DONT let them rush you in and out. Pump that sucker up and show him the tips need to be at least 1/2 way into the glans. Don't take any answer except, we will replace it. Have you contacted Jami at Boston Scientific ? 303-591-8599 She is the rep that covers USC.
