2nd time around

Postby rusty3987 » Thu Mar 28, 2019 2:09 pm

Have not been here in awhile ...here goes had my implant done on 01/02/19 , after 3-4 weeks out I realized something was not right
the pump had shifted and it was upside down, so could not cycle .Corrective surgery was done on 03/29/19
pump was moved from right testicle to left side.. 6 days post-op now. The pump is at the bottom of the scrotum, but I don't feel the release valve at all.
I may be paranoid but what do you guys think.

Sometimes you don't have to actually feel the button. You know where it is, just squeeze really hard where you think it should be. Works for me at times

Took me to about day 18 or so to even get close to locating button. To much tissue swollen. Day 22 here but still have a bruise and sore right testicle still. It does not feel like snymore swollen tissue inside though. I could deflate but am giving it another couple days to heal good.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

Rusty... sometimes the pump gets turned around... feel for it on the other side of the pump and if it's there, gently turn it around. You may have to do this more than once before it finally takes ahold and stays in place. :)
