Manual Assist YES/NO

Postby DougAnd » Sun Mar 31, 2019 10:39 am

As a younger man I pointed up, never needed help guiding my missile in. Then ED took over and manual help became my new norm. Fast forward to my last exam before implant. Dr Prody stretched me nearly straight out and said this is how you will be fully pumped.
Just A tad bit disappointed that I now need manual assistance every time. Since all of us bionic brothers basically have the same hang I was wondering if that is true for you as well? Also You guys (implant or not) who stick straight out not up have you always had to manually guide in? Yes? No?

Yes I am 5 months after surgery. I have noticed that I no longer point upward but now point straight out. The geometry is different. I now ask for help in guiding. I guess the good news is that there are 64 positions in the origional Kama sutra my wife and will have to start experimenting all over again

All...after almost 5 months out, I point slightly downward (on a curve). Pre-op, I pointed slightly up but not anywhere near some do at 1 or 2 o'clock. With implanted cylinders, I don't believe anyone points 'up' anymore just by virtue of the fact that, inflated, they don't curve the way we may have been born to curve. They will just point outwards from our crus and that's that. I have no problem with this...the fact that I'm hard now allows for penetration that I was not able to achieve prior to 11/8/18. I'm OK with it.

As to whether I need manual assistance, I normally don't (from my wife...or m2m anal). Each may offer me direction ('more up', 'back further', 'not there...down') to effect vaginal or anal penetration, but I' OK with that too. Just let me in and I'm happy to perform. ;)

I have always pointed out. Married 22 years. I have to guide it but that has never been a problem. Many times I am on my knees and enjoy watching the guided penetration!

I totally agree with you, brother. A rock-hard dick at 3:00 that stays rock-hard for as long as my wife and myself want it to -- now that is fantastic! :D

Having suffered from severe ED for 10 years, a little guidance will not a concern. I look forward to using it in ways and places that I have only dreamed of. mmmmm

Since implant I'm at 3 o'clock, basically straight out. Before ED I pointed up. Yes, now I have to be helped in, but it's better than having to try to stuff it in! VegasED
