I'm pretty sure that I was torn up inside when my implant bent my penis on day 3. So that's a long time for scarring to develop. I'm positive that Dr Kramer can handle what ever just nervous about how. The good news is that Mav has come through with flying colors.

Who would not be nervous about getting their dick cut on. You have one of the best working on it. My last revision was in Birmingham, Al, about 3 hours from my house. The night before my surgery, in Birmingham, I told my wife I think I just want to go home. Of course I didn’t go home but I was pretty nervous. Glad I stayed.

You'd think this was a last meal for an execution. It's not but it feels that way. Very hard to decide in advance to just bite the bullet without knowing before hand what to expect. Like being in a car accident that you know is going to happen 2 months in advance. You and Bi have both gone through this. Guess it's my turn now. Russian roulette on my penis. It is kind crazy. I asked the doc the morning of if he was going to go from the top or scrotum. He said he would make that decision when he got in there. I had no idea that I would be cut in three places. I am okay with it because he knows what he is doing. I nore the doc knew how bad it was. You got the best doc. Trust him.

The first surgeon will go unnamed. He is not the very top tier, but he does somewhere around 200 a year and all his reviews are good. My outcome was not great, but I think I am an outlier.

Second revision was done by Dr Brian Christine. He is in Birmingham, Al. I believe he a good surgeon.

First and second revision were more complicated than they expected. Probably a challenge for most surgeon.

Mav, for educational purposes was it Dr. Perito, or Dr Eid, or Dr. Kramer who did the initial implant or first revision?

The reason I ask is it will be helpful in case I or anyone of us need a revision we certainly don't want to go to the person who did your revision. Personally, I choose Dr. Perito because I heard he was one of the very best in the world. I know I've been implanted for only 10 weeks (activated at week 7 due to enormous amount of swelling) but so far I'm disappointed with my size and look of erections. Honestly, I'm thinking about getting a revision in about 1 year (I know I may overreacting at this point).

I just posted a thread that mentions how envious I am of those who just magically pop out after surgery. There are plenty of us guys who are forced to work and work and work to regain what we should have had from day one. I have no idea why not? I know that I had dense scarring before surgery. I assume you had the same? That seems to be the key. Maybe.

I know that naming surgeons is a common practice on Frank Talk and I did name the doc that did my second revision, but not the first.

The reason that I am not naming the first surgeon is I think he is a pretty good surgeon. My surgery did not go well and as I stated before I am an outlier. Not the norm. He is not a top tier surgeon, at least not one you named.

4 years later with more issue along the way . I have a hard dick that looks good and did not lose any size.

Docs Hakky and Christian. Because of these guy I am in pretty good shape now. I would recommend both surgeon.
