GIRTH Is Getting Bigger

For those looking for more girth my Titan is doing the job (implanted 1/15). I've noticed significant improvement. This coming from a guy who is 6x4.5. Too early to measure but the girth is slightly larger than my glans which I never had

5 weeks out for me with the titan.already back to 6 which is close to the 6.25 stretch. Girth though is 5 and been there since day one. Hope that gets better. Never been that skinny.

I know, i know still early. I am just happy with my length and am impatient i guess. So long dealing with peyronies and a soft dick want all i can get.

I said that and it was based on lengthy telephone interviews I had with Dr. Kramer, Dr. Eid, Dr. Perito and Dr. Brock. All of them except Dr. Eid said they use both AMS and Coloplast because the Coloplast is not an appropriate implant for everyone. Dr. Eid only uses the Coloplast. Dr. Kramer told me that 75% of his revision surgery is exchanging the Titan for the AMS or fixing things on the Coloplast. NOT my words so people, don't freak out unless you want to freak out on those doctors.

All 4 of the surgeons i consulted did not recommend the ams products to me and i asked. And they implanted either. I initially had myself set on the lgx and had to come to terms with getting a titan because of my peyronies curve and hourglass dents.

I was also told titan would get my giirth back which was always around 6 inches and would even my dents out over time along with straightening out my curve.

I will say pumped up this titan is hard. Standing up fully pumped it stands at 1 o clock. I cannot push it down period without deflating some. To get to 3 o clock i have to deflate. Will make sex interesting. Will have to start with my partner on her back or belly for a while till they soften.

Will say i love the titan pump. Small, comfortable, and easy to use. Press the deflate button, sqeeze dick to push out saline and down it goes. I might have to give my dick a squeeze every 4 or 5 hours just to keep it hanging down though. I was worried initially because it was sticky according to doc.

Cylinders are stiff though and my dick is definitely noticeable hanging down my pants leg. It does hang down about 4.30 position or so. Girth is also pretty much always the same. So i have a flaccid hang of about 5.5 inches and about 4.5 girth all the time. When i pump my girth only goes to about 5.

Time will tell if things change.

So, yes, severe Peyronie's Disease is one indication for the Titan. The other is a huge penis.. (at or greater than 6-6.5 flaccid). For others, they take the chance on dog ears, unnatural appearance and having a semi all the time. I don't know why these doctors keep telling patients the need the Titan for girth... the only one that is specifically designed for length and girth expansion is the AMS LGX.

thrilled to hear that girth is getting bigger. My girth also got bigger. This is the advantage of the titan since the cylinders have larger diameter. The key is to "pressurize the shit" out of those cylinders. I use two hands and really squeeze that inflation ball. Yes, you will feel the burn as it stretches you, but that is the point.

PS: by the way, Dr Eid does indeed use either titan or AMS. He does prefer titan, but he puts in AMS as well. I know this from talking to him during my preop visit. He has models of both implants available for you to mess with. 3 years ago when I asked his front desk clerk for the inflation bulb simulator keychain, she asked if I was AMS or Titan. She then checked the chart to see which one was planned and then gave me titan. My point is that Dr Eid implants both (though he prefers the titan since most guys tell him that they want "as big as possible") and he listens to what his patients want.
