Both dissapointed & have a pump question

Because after you're asleep they can legally do what ever the hell they please. Have you ever had Keloids? Even a bad bruise turns hard as a rock for years. I need to trust the the surgeon will do nothing that we have not both agreed on. It may well be that I end up sliced and diced in spite of every effort. If so after all else fails then so be it I'll live with what ever that means. But yes this is my body that is why I try to get as much info as possible to make the best choice. But it will be a joint decision or none at all. Sorry with me that is as good as it gets.

As this thing looms closer I become more anxious. Dr Carrion was the only one of I think 5 surgeons who actually examined me that had a clue what the problem was took him like 5 seconds or less. I see this all the time he said. I have to believe that he knows exactly what he is saying when he told me in essence that my penis is a ticking time bomb that will eventually explode with catastrophic infection if I don't get it fixed, the right tip back in place. So here I am trying for the least damaging way knowing that the chances for success are less than good. I am so hoping that Dr Kramer has the skills to do this without opening me up (as in my entire shaft). But if not oh well what other good choice is there?

DougAnd, my bionic brother I wish you the best and hope this surgery will work out to be your last one needed. Does the tip come out all the time or only when fully inflated?

Very weird situation. When I fully deflate and stand or sit no problem. But after I lay down for awhile then it pushes hard and starts to burn. So I sleep every night pumped up about 8. Any more than that and it really pushes out hard. But after I VED I can fully pump and am so beefy that it's not a problem. For about 5 minutes. Then I need to deflate quickly or it starts to burn. Being mostly celibate really stinks. My wife and I both agree that it would be foolish to take the risk. But I would really like to be very foolish a whole lot more. Cannot wait until what about August? Seems like an eternity.

I visited Dr. Perito today for a follow up appointment since I have not seen him in several weeks (approximately 7 weeks ago) and still have some concerns from my implant surgery on Jan 25, 2019. Summary of visit:

1. Expressed my concern that my pre-implant size still is not back since surgery 14 weeks & 4 days ago. His response - (a) To keep massaging the incision area near the pubic bone because I have about 2 inches of penis in there not being released; (b) Keep cycling and using VED; and (c) loose some weight to shrink fat pad. Says he sized me perfectly and I should easily have a 6.5 to 7.5 inch penis when all is said and done.

2. Expressed my concern that my left testicle rises up higher than left testicle when fully pumped therefore decreasing overall penis size to penetrate vagina with. In other words my left nut sack goes up with my penis when I fully pump, as opposed to my right nut sack still staying low and back like normal. His response - (a) I still have some swelling and scar tissue on left nut sack and to keep massaging the area on left testicle to get separation from pump ball; (b) Keep pushing my nut sack back everyday after cycling.

3. Expressed my concern that my Glans still not engorged fully and cold. Told him the Viagara did not work for my Glan enlargement he previously asked me to try. His response - He ordered some Trimix gel for me to try (costs is approx. $300). Said this will definitely engorge my glans.

I'm trying to remain patient and optimistic but as the calendar days go by it seems some of the original concerns I've had still remain and I'm not sure if his responses to me are bringing results (maybe its still too early, not sure).

Have you been cycling twice a day for 30 minutes? Are you using the VED and the implant at the same time for 30 minutes? Have you been gently tugging your testicles down? Try a nice tub of hot water... it is relaxing and effective. You had one of the best implant surgeons so give it some more time. I didn't start noticing real changes in size for 6 months.

I had a 3 inch loss. Just VED this AM hot tub for an hour scrotal pumped VED stretched scrotal pumped back and forth then did a measure and still at 7 inches. But I only do this twice a week should be daily. As June 19th gets closer it will be daily.
Point is I had a 3 inch loss took 6 months to gain it back now at 9 months I still need to work to keep it.
If you don't have a lot of scarring going into surgery you probably won't take anytime at all to pop back out. Just my guess. But even if you do set the hook and reel it in day by day by day. You've got a big one on the line, don't let it get away, bring er on home

Thanks Larry! Honestly, I've been cycling only once a day for about 30 minutes but then I get frustrated because it looks smaller than I remember so I just stop. But you guys and DougA really encourage me so, I'll continue on. Question: Is your glans getting fully engorged?

DougAnd thanks for your post! Its a reminder that this is going to take consistency and work to regain my pre-implant size especially with the scarring I had from injections. Its frustrating especially trying to have sex with my wife of 30 years as she's used to my normal size (when I could get an erection with injections) as compared to right now.

Been there done that once HomeTeam and will probably start all over in June. Not looking forward to it. My first sex after implant was 5.5 inches. I was used to over 6 so everything was different a real struggle. After I made 6 I was good but kept on growing. Was afraid that once again I was heading for a struggle. Not a problem for some reason. This time next year it will all be a bad memory.

My glans engorge easier after a year. I had RP with all nerves removed. They engorge easily when aroused by wife or just sitting in hot tub does the job.
