It seems as though the question of noticeability/whether you can hide it is still widely debated/uncertain.

I realize a lot of people will say that it shouldn't matter and the girl shouldn't care, but you have to realize that at my age, that is simply not an option.

It seems as though if the surgery goes well, it is unlikely the girl will be able to tell there is any tubing in the shaft but would be able to tell from the valve in the testicles (although seems easy enough to just say you don't want her to touch your testicles).

Would a girl be able to feel the tubing/cylinder when penis is flacid?

Appreciate all the help/answers I can get. Thanks again!

This is the bottom line. You will get and keep more women with an implant than with a limp dick.

Also, in general, how noticeable is an implant when erect? Would most people be able to tell or only if they are down around your testicles?

Is working out uncomfortable in anyway?

What are any negatives you can think of for a young, active person like myself.

Thanks a lot!

I'd be happy to chat - 28M.

At first wearing compression shorts when playing sports/lifting weights caused soreness - my deflated post-op penis is much larger than my pre-op flaccid penis. I bought larger compression shorts and this feels much better.

I also was/am extra concerned of something going wrong while I'm playing..what if I get kicked, hit with a ball, etc. but this was mainly a mental game.

Other thing is just overall visibility - there is a noticeable bulge that I'm still not used to having. I know most guys on this forum just 'own' this bulge - I'm not there yet.

As far as how noticeable it is - I'm in a relationship and she knows about the implant so I haven't had to worry about hiding it. She says she can't tell a difference visually.

If you have ED and pills and injections won't work, you have NO CHOICE. Let's pretend for a minute an implant is glaringly obvious (which it certainly is not)… your choice is carry your pretty, limp, noodle around to show off OR, carry your rock hard Johnson around and have to explain what the pump is for. It's your call and there are no other options. :)

At 66 this was a very hard decision for me and I'm married. Faced with sex or no sex once I realized that it was over period no more ways around it the question became crystal clear. Did I ever want to have sex again or was I done for life. When I asked myself that question the answer was easy the choice was easy the steps were easy the surgery was easy. And now the sex is easy too.

Very well put Doug. I don't mean so sound nasty, because I do understand the problem, I have been small my entire life so I know what it's like to be looking for a mate while carrying a hamster dick but, it is simply a matter of keeping your size to show it off or getting an implant so you can carry on a sexual relationship with your mate. You should not lose size but should it happen that size is lost, reclaiming it is certainly a possibility, especially if you have the LGX. Keep us all posted buddy, all of Frank Talk is rootin' for you.

I mean being old (>60) and completely impotent it is a no brainer.

Us younger guys usually have some residual function which leads to below average sex performance (only specific positions, pills and rings, fast thrusts etc). As bad as that is, it could still be better than a failed implant (infection, corrupted feeling etc).

Highly agree with Mr Skin. Every person has their own needs. Mine were even tips and a size assurance. I got screwed on the tips but aced the length. If you prefer to linger longer by all means linger. Eventually you too will become an old fart, looks fading, balding and sagging much less to worry about. You have decades to decide that you want a dependable cock. Absolutely take all the time that is necessary.
