I think this clearly shows how very hard it is to tell length from just the implant. I have 18 cm LGX with 3 rtes so total 21 cm and yet in 6 months I gained back my youthful 7 inches. Fully deflated I range from 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 depending on how long between inflations, laying down (shrinks me quickly) standing sitting etc. May 8th will be 9 months.

No, my dick is actually bigger now than ever in my life.
Before implant I was about 16-16.5 cm (6.3"-6.5").
Right after implant it was slightly shorter.
My dick kept growing till about 1-2 years after implant and has been the same since then.
I think it is unusual that anyone gets a longer dick after implant than before implant.
But it happened in my case.
And it happened with a Titan.
But most of all I think it happened with a brilliant surgeon.

Strangely, I used the polar opposite to show my success.
- I have battled obesity my entire life (I am 5"11 and 215 lbs) I have a flabby suprapubic fat pad
