I don't have ED, but I have Peyronie's. I am interested in injecting anti-fibrotics (pentoxifylline vials) into the glans to avoid further trauma to the tunica. BTW, it seems like a lot of people get Peyronie by injecting trimix into their shaft, so be careful!

Any advice on how to perform the injection in the glans?

Also, what needle gauge and length do you use? I believe the higher the gauge the lower the trauma...

Is the spongiosum effectively communicating with the corpora cavernosa? From this thread it seems like injecting the glans with trimix is effective in engorging the corpora cavernosa, so that seems to indicate that the corpus spongiosum communicates with the corpora cavernosa.

Where are you getting ant-fibrotics? The only two sources I can think of are a Doctor or a research material supplier.

A Docto would never let you experiment on yourself like that. And research grade materials are not ment for human consumption. Most are produced by genetically modified e coli, and may contain some parts of the bacteria.

Also injecting those substances can be very dangerous even without contamination. You are putting the structure of your penis at risk. And raising the probability of a catastrophic penile fracture.

They sell Pentoxifylline vials in the country i was born and raised. They are for injection, hence nonpyrogenic. I have already mentioned it in my original post:

I am not talking about some shady peptides. There are doctors that perform pentoxifylline injections into the penis, just not in the US where I live. And even if there were, they'd be doing it by piercing the tunica which I want to avoid at all costs.

For the sake of "scientific experimentation" I tried this on myself based on what others have said.

I took my usual 10 units and injected 5 into the head and the remaining 5 into the shaft.

I did the head injection as per the diagram someone posted earlier - right into the rim of the head and aimed to the tip. I must say this is a pretty tough area to inject. The needle just wouldn't penetrate and it took 3 attempts before it finally went through. Pain level was pretty negligible but it did bleed once the needle was pulled out. Nothing significant but it is the first sign of blood I have seen since I started injecting.

As for the results..... meeh. Nothing to be seen here. Head wasn't any bigger than usual on trimix and still required stimulation to engorge. I would suspect that any liquid injected into the head soon made its way out via normal circulation before it had time to do anything. I got my usual 2 hour hardon (which isn't as strong as it has been when I first started a couple of months ago - but that is a different story).

I could get much better "head swelling" results with a simple cock-ring around the base of the shaft than messing with injecting the head. So for anyone else thinking they may be missing out on something - I don't think you are.

There are other people here on franktalk that claim they got Peyronie from injecting into the shaft.

I wouldn't inject into the head to see if it engorges more. I would inject into the head to avoid the risk of getting Peyronie. I have Peyronie and it's horrible. Wouldn't wish it to my worst enemy.

Has anyone tried injecting just the head and not having a second shot at the shaft?

Was it effective, did it work as usual?

The two structures aren't really vascularly connected so that shouldn't work.

I did 4 units into the mid shaft and 4 units into the head. I stuck the needle in the side of the middle of my head, perpendicular to the heads skin. It gave me a 5 hour erection compared to a 3 hour erection I got the night before with 10 units (while sober).

@FMLFML85: have you tried again? And how about injecting *just* the glans and not the shaft?

Of course the shaft also requires injecting, I find the glans fill up larger after injecting...but perhaps not everyone’s cuppa tea. Cheers
