Soreness at injection site

Postby Unclebob81 » Mon May 27, 2019 6:35 am

I’ve been using Trimix successfully for 3 years. Recently I’ve upped my amount of “fuel” so I can last longer. But I’ve had immediate ache at the injection site. Any thoughts on why?

I just about passed out from pain once when my wife gave me a full dose all at once, I find injecting a little at a time helps some. Give it a try. :)

While this is properly a question for your urologist, I will offer my thoughts based on some 10 years of successful Trimix use. First of all, there are so many variables here:

Did you go from 5 units to 10? Or from 25 units to 50? The volume of Happy Juice matters, I think, just as it does for any medicine delivered by injection.

Does "longer" mean from 15 minutes to 30 minutes? Or 30 minutes to 3 hours?

In general, I think changes in dosage or strength can affect the injection site just as it affects the results. My best guess is that Little Willie will get used to the new regimen and the aches will fade away.

I will urge once again that every man using ANY kind of ED therapy keep mental (or even written) notes about results, issues, problems, etc. and report that info to your urologist on your next visit. The doctor is the one who should have access to a reasonably large mass of data regarding results, side effects, etc. of any drug or therapy.

All the best. Here's to hard times.

Correction: I've been using Trimix successfully for almost 10 years, not 3.

Addition: Does "sore" mean a slight ache? Or "OMG don't touch my willie" pain? IN either case, does it last for 5 minutes or 3 days?

I'll second the post made by vajim1. Try injecting the meds a good deal slower. I do it in little pulses over a minute or so. It helps a bunch.

I went from 20 to 25 units. Wife likes to go slow so I need to be fully erect for at least an hour.

When are you getting sore? Immediately after injecting, during sex or afterwards and your penis is returning to its flaccid state?

I experience pain after the erection starts to fade away. It was so bad at time that I applied an ice bag to my penis for 15-20 minutes afterward. I worked on improving my injection technique and that help.

I also bought a product called "Biofreeze." It's advertised as "cold therapy pain relief" and works. I roll it on after sex if I am feeling pain from the injection, and it's like applying an ice bag without the hassle. Pain starts to go away after a minute or so.

You can find Biofreeze on Amazon.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
